I think the bands should be shorter. I believe this would make equipment much more effective. Im going to install 2,wal racks at 16 inches apart and see if that will help the issue i am having. But overall i like what you have done here. Looks nice for sure. You should consider making a bench that will fold down in between the 2 racks.

Construction is pretty solid and this does make for a very good compliment to band oriented workouts. The bands that come with the product are poor quality (too stretchy) so buy your own.

I think the quality is (in general) high. Unfortunate, one of your wall attachment bolts snapped/broke under 'moderate' torque when installing in predrilled hole in wood.

The build quality of the RFS is impressive, and the resistance bands provide a solid workout. I appreciate the attention to detail in its design. My only feedback is that the handles could be more ergonomic for longer sessions.

I find the RFS system incredibly convenient for my tight schedule. It’s easy to set up and pack away. The workouts are efficient and the app is of great use.

This device is secured to a wall (but never drywall) with 6 bolts. Secure into stud with 2 1/2" x 1/4" lag bolts or into concrete. Very easy to adjust for a wide range of exercises. Use tube type or band type resistance bands. Attaching bands is simple and you may opt to simply loop your band under or over the convenient movable/adjustable anchor point. You can opt to stand on your bands or use door anchors but this is so much better and you get a more efficient workout. 100% would purchase again

I recently wanted to start getting in shape but I live quite far from the nearest gym so I ordered myself the white RFS. It was an impulsive buy so I didn't notice that the resistance bands don't come with it. I contacted the support and they replied really quickly and got me a discount on the bands. I kinda regret I didn't get the complete system but I really like the system and the concept and I'll mostlikely get the complete system too!

Got an email saying you have fulfilled my order and to leave a review and I haven’t received anything and ordered this over two weeks ago

Im almost 60 and train everyday other day 1 hour. I already train with resistance bands but needed something to get more out of the training and also very easy to use. The home gym works for me. I can do a lot of trainingsvariations without the need of dumbells. The band give enough resistance for me. An all body work out with a very easy to use equipment wich almost needs no space. The cellar is a small place and this works great for me.

Should have been delivered 13.jan. Now its 20.jan and tracking says its still in Slovenia.
No response om email.

The system is a great idea and easy to install. However, within my first two uses of this equipment, the two smallest bands have broken. Also, the App is cumbersome.

The mat is amazing for working out! it is soft but not too soft and it is slip proof so you can pull as hard as you want and you will not move! Also the matt has length marks which comes in handy if you want to get more resistance without changing the bands!
