An essential accessory in some of the exercises.

70 cm/ 27,6 inch heavy-duty black braided nylon rope in length, designed for use in press-downs, curls, kickbacks and deltoid raises.
Made from heavy-duty Nylon Glass Fibre rope, plastic head, and number 45 carbon steel.
If you want to develop triceps, biceps, back, shoulders and improve grip strength triceps rope is the product to consider to be combined with your RFS® System.
Attach the steel buckle to resistance bands and hook it to the RFS® anchor.
Plastic ends prevent slipping or sliding while in use.
