RFS® Anchor is the essential part of the smallest Home Gym in the world.
Use RFS® Anchor coupled with resistance bands and follow guided exercise programs available on the Free App to our customers. Thanks to its effectiveness, price tag, practicality, and small footprint RFS® quickly became the world standard for Home Excercise Systems. It is very easy to use and understand and requires minimal space. Install it on any solid wall in your home. For the first time, you will be able to have your own home gym without the need for any dedicated space to stay fit in the comfort of your home. By investing a small portion of your money to have RFS® installed at your home, you will be able to exercise any time, stay fit and save your precious time and gym subscriptions.
RFS® Anchor allows you to set up your anchoring point quickly and easily on the desired height best for the particular exercise. The locking mechanism not only locks the anchor in the desired position for the desired exercise but also allows you additionally fix it to the bar. The anchor can be locked to a total of 30 different heights. Anchor design gives you the ability to quickly hook the band and exercise or keep all your bands installed all the time and stuck them to your handles or other accessories as per your resistance need. RFS® is installed on 6 points to your wall providing even distribution of the pull forces.
Studies show that the use of elastic resistance training (ERT) as a modality and clinical tool became popular in 1980 and has been increasing in recent years. Its benefits include improved functional capacity, increased strength and endurance with increased muscle activation, and improved body composition, potency, and quality of life. In addition, it is practical to use, being low cost and able to be used effectively in different places.
NOTE! Constant and big forces are applied to the anchor points during the exercise. Please note that RFS®is not recommended and Should not be installed on the drywall. It requires the installation on a solid wall in your home or a solid surface strong enough to resist at least 130 kg / 250 LBS pulling power. For this reason, all you need for your RFS to be installed to the hollow block, brick, or concrete wall is included in the set. Other fixings are not included. If you decide not to follow the recommendation, we highly suggest consulting an expert to help you. Installing RFS®to any other surface from recommended is at your own risk and can result in injuries or product malfunction.

All bands are equipped with metal carabiner rings for easy stacking together to handles or other accessories. Other low-quality workout resistance bands easily snap off or get ripped apart after just a few days of use. RFS® resistance bands are made of the highest quality natural latex. With their sturdy build and expert craftsmanship, these exercise bands are all set to stay elastic and flexible for several years.
