Use RFS® Anchor coupled with resistance bands and follow guided exercise programs available on the Free App to our customers. Thanks to its effectiveness, price tag, practicality, and small footprint RFS® quickly became the world standard for Home Exercise Systems. It is very easy to use and understand and requires minimal space. Install it on any solid wall in your home. For the first time, you will be able to have your own home gym without the need for any dedicated space to stay fit in the comfort of your home. RFS® Anchor allows you to set up your anchoring point quickly and easily on the desired height best for the particular exercise. The locking mechanism not only locks the anchor in the desired position for the desired exercise but also allows you additionally fix it to the bar. The anchor can be locked to a total of 30 different heights. Anchor design gives you the ability to quickly hook the band and exercise or keep all your bands installed all the time and stuck them to your handles or other accessories as per your resistance need. RFS® is installed on 6 points to your wall providing even distribution of the pull forces.

Studies show that the use of elastic resistance training (ERT) as a modality and clinical tool became popular in 1980 and has been increasing in recent years. Its benefits include improved functional capacity, increased strength and endurance with increased muscle activation, and improved body composition, potency, and quality of life. In addition, it is practical to use, being low cost and able to be used effectively in different places.

NOTE! Constant and big forces are applied to the anchor points during the exercise. Please note that RFS® is not recommended and Should not be installed on the drywall. It requires the installation on a solid wall in your home or a solid surface strong enough to resist at least 130 kg / 250 LBS pulling power. For this reason, all you need for your RFS to be installed to the hollow block, brick, or concrete wall is included in the set. Other fixings are not included. If you decide not to follow the recommendation, we highly suggest consulting an expert to help you. Installing RFS® to any other surface from recommended is at your own risk and can result in injuries or product malfunction.

Arrived quickly, functions as expected, damaged in shipping

I ordered the white single unit, it shipped quickly, but unfortunately the finish was damaged on one of the legs when it arrived due to the packaging being less robust than would be ideal for those parts. The rest of the parts were adequately packaged and arrived without damage.

After a recent move I needed to get back into routine so I went ahead with the install rather than wait for a cosmetically perfect unit, and it appears to be working as expected. On the subject of cosmetics, I understand why they'd want to highlight the carriage, but it would be nice if there were an option for a matching white unit to make the unit less obtrusive for finished spaces, and it would also be a benefit if they offered touch up paint or the color code for same on the white arms.

I installed in a room with finished and textured sheetrock over wood stud walls. I wanted to make sure it was secure, plus reduce the chance of screw pops from putting pressure directly on the sheetrock, so I centered on the studs as carefully as possible with a Franklin M210 stud finder, then pre-drilled the sheet rock down to the face of each stud with a 1" forstner bit. That gave the added benefit of visually confirming I was at/near the center of the stud for best strength; the M210 is new to me, and did an excellent job of revealing what was under the drywall.

To space from the face of the stud, allow for a secure mount, and give the arms adequate clearance I then used 24mm M8 stainless washers as standoffs so the arms were not relying on the textured sheetrock as backing. The 1" drill hole combined with 24mm washers gave an acceptable fit in terms of appearance. I then mounted the arms with "Spax" brand 5/16" x 3.5" lags and hand torqued them in place. It feels VERY secure so far.

No option for 1/2 stars or this would be a 4.5 IMO.

Love it!!

It takes little to no space, blends in with the wall and allows me to perform any of the band exercises without having to fuss over the door attachment. I was hesitant because of the price, but it is well worth it and I can't find anything similar in the market. They have arranged for shipping to my part of the world, so excellent customer service, too. Couldn't be happier and I would recommend to anyone on the fence about this.

Customer service issues. Horrific AI chat bot. Item arrived in good shape although in black, not white because I was informed that all white parts were out of stock in the USA. I was informed this after I ordered. Overall, the item seems like a good product that will perform as desired.
